Every day, I am deeply grateful and fulfilled through the experience of working with people, just like you, live a more authentic, peaceful, and rewarding life.
As a Board Certified Life Coach, I help people discover what their hearts really need so they can improve their relationships, have more fun, freedom, and purpose in their lives, and navigate challenging transitions with ease.
I also love empowering people, especially women, by teaching them holistic methods of healing and spiritual principles.
This is what I’m meant to do. This is my passion.
But my life purpose wasn’t always so clear…
As a child, I was very intrigued when I came across something related to natural health, psychology, or metaphysics. Sometimes I would catch something on tv or in a magazine that would really grab my attention.
One of my earlier memories though was of a little book about palm reading that my mom had lying around. I remember sitting on the floor in the family room, reading and studying the illustrations in the book and then trying to find the lines on my own small hand. I was about eight years old.
I felt a deep connection with God.
I was raised Jewish and although not very religious in the traditional sense, I remember how full my heart felt after attending services with my family. This connection lead me to trust that God was moving the pieces of life in such a way, that the outcome in any situation would be the best for everyone.
I never prayed for “things”. Even when blowing out the candles on my birthday cake, I always said silently, “Thank you, God” for all I had and wished for happiness for everyone present. Somehow I understood that God couldn’t bring me toys but what he could bring me were opportunities for joy.
Well, even with my innate understanding, my journey of personal discovery did not truly begin until I was in my late twenties.
My path was very winding. It lead me to many cities, jobs, relationships, and studies. It was a good path. I worked hard, enjoyed life, and took pride in my achievements. But there were definitely stops along the way that were full of anxiety and stress. And still others that were truly heartbreaking.
It wasn’t until I merged my spiritual path with my life path that things started to make sense.
Bringing God back into my life in a more universal way and studying Reiki taught me to see things I hadn’t before and to shift the choices I was making, the patterns I was following, and the thoughts that I was thinking.
This awakening didn’t happen overnight and it was not all roses and rainbows. Far from it!
I had to get real and face my shadows. I had to ask myself some deep soul searching questions, and truly commit to living my life more consciously and authentically. Once I did that, things started falling into place and I began to attract relationships and opportunities aligned with my true desires and goals.
In divine timing, the love of my life appeared and my life purpose was revealed.
When times are tough, it helps me to remember that we’re here for a reason; that each of us have chosen to be here, at this particular time in history.
I believe we’re here to learn and to grow in acceptance of ourselves and others. Ultimately, we’re here to love and enjoy our human experience.
